Performing dual role of Estate Maintenance Operations Manager and Estate Project Manager to over 24 estates, I cultivate client and vendor relationships through consistent communication and have increased the client base by 100%. I direct property development and seasonal maintenance activities for multiple large residences in Malibu, Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Bel Air, and Brentwood. I have excelled in successfully achieving multiple project deadlines, simultaneously, for several clients utilizing MS Project and MS 365.My duties include drafting client contracts with scope of work and detailed budget to reflect tailoring projects for each estate, leading project meetings among project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules, and conflicts, staging client properties in preparation for sale, updating contract and operational methods with current technology software to improve efficiency, data collection, and training, and networking with local business and professional organizations to develop leads for new business

I created organization’s mission and vision statements as well as leading the logistics of establishing a start-up enterprise by securing office space, designing space for function, and purchasing furniture, technology, and equipment. I worked to establish Malibu Living as the City of Malibu’s Official Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Center with focus on increasing visibility for area real estate and community culture. My responsibilities also were to further brand awareness through co-marketing events with local visual artists and performing artists.

I developed six exclusive residences on Carbon and La Costa Beaches in Malibu, CA totaling over 41,000 square feet. I was responsible for selecting the home sites, directing design and construction, then marketing and selling properties to yield exceptional returns. During this time, I implemented solutions to functional challenges by generating unique, aesthetic designs with each property. I was also the spokesperson for featured lifestyle segments on ABC’s Beautiful Homes and Great Estates and Epic TV’s Destination America.

My responsibilities were to facilitate a smooth merger with a real estate investment firm specializing in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) that resulting in doubling the size of the company. I managed the logistics of establishing a start-up enterprise by securing office space, purchased equipment and furniture, and initiated an employee benefits plan. I also drafted company budgets, prepared required government and tax documents, and implemented cost control measures. I represented the company at various business association conferences. For my role in operations, I created organizational chart maps with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, metrics, workflow, and development plans as well as hosted corporate retreats and professional development seminars and developing office procedures.

I established Chicago club operating procedures to coordinate executives' travel and activities using club services, oversaw annual budget, staff training, scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews, and directed hospitality subcontracts, designed menu selections, completed supply requisitions, and scheduled maintenance. During my time, I developed financial and renovation planning for club expansion, functioned as liaison between Admiral’s Club and company’s global operations, and was a member of the O’Hare International Airport’s Quality Counsel.

I managed operations for five different international airlines in resolving issues in operations, resources, and distribution of specially trained personnel. My duties included interpreting contracted carrier policies, developing working and personnel training procedures during industry wide transitions, and coaching staff on performance objectives and assessed personnel with reviews/evaluations against organizational goals. In this role, I functioned as liaison to U.S. Customs, Immigration, and Agriculture Departments.
