As an employment litigator, I lead Faegre Drinker's Labor and Employment Group internationally and its San Francisco office. Employers nationwide often make me their first call for their most complex employment law matters. My practice focuses on strategically resolving federal and state class, collective and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, as well as particularly sensitive and thorny single-plaintiff matters. My litigation experience also positions me to work with employers to prevent and/or remedy underlying issues. My team provides the full range of employment law counseling, investigation, training and audits (wage and hour, pay equity and human resources compliance) services. I am a member of the Trial Law Institute and Diversity Law Institute.
