Oversee the European model store and supervise 1 employee. Together we set the model store, photograph, photoshop/edit the images, and write the documents. Additionally, I am responsible for creating and writing all EU floorplans and action plans. Since assortments and trends can vary between all the stores, we set additional options for those layouts. There are 5 major planograms and four updates/sale documents we produce throughout the year.Great at time management, push myself to not only meet deadlines but exceed them. Responsible for training and helping my employee grow and develop in their skills.Create exciting stylewatches for the field to give a guide on the latest trends and information about new products. This can range from seasonal trends to product knowledge to specific tests.Additional duties include training new buyers on the model store turn process as well as the different store layouts. Travel to 7 accounts weekly and update their floorplan, clean up the department, report any issues they are facing & improve the overall presentation. Three of the accounts were high profile stores, which were often visited by their district manager and other corporate team members. Keeping a great presentation in these stores was extremely important. Created an inviting shopping experience for the Carter's customers. Made sure correct product was in the right location, sized and easy to shop. Pushed new product to the floor, replenished the floor and pulled markdowns as needed.
