To enable single-source publishing, I converted existing content into DITA. To gather information and determine material for publication, I have worked with subject matter experts, product management, and customer support.I am familiar with Agile, having worked with multiple Agile teams with members in different time zones, daily stand ups, and discussed with teams to determine features requiring documentation for each sprint.As part of product testing, I have done smoke tests and assisted QA by updating steps for testing.
