My 20+ year career has focused on solving complex business problems by bringing together a thorough understanding of user needs and behaviours with appropriate emerging technologies. An entrepreneur at heart, I am a critical thinker who applies the rigour of research to generate innovative and visionary ideas. With a long history of execution, I am also armed with practical know-how to orchestrate the implementation of concepts into real-world, commercially successful digital products and services. My work has taken me around the globe (including Asia, Europe, North America, Africa and Australia) and includes experience in financial services, retail, education, transport, government, telecommunications and the not-for-profit sectors. I have presented at numerous conferences, including a Keynote at The Singapore Retail Industry Conference, a presentation for INSEAD's Annual Emerging Markets Conference, and lectured at Hong Kong University.
