Within the duration of my employment, I have been cross-trained within the customer service, payoff and production departments. I've learned to value paying close attention to small details such as those in extremely important documentation. These can be wire transfers in payoff as well as preliminary reports and title policies which I would create in production. In my experience here, I acquired my ability to change pace quickly and manage juggling my work in all three departments smoothly.Currently I work in what is called Resource Central within the customer service department at WRT. I am expected to provide assistance on our 8am - 5 pm customer service phone line and email. Within the span of four months, I was able to get my hands on media planning, social media, creative and production. It was a small store so I learned to manage being the Brea location's visual merchandiser, assistant manager and a part of the store's social media team.
