- Ensure SOPs, system and ops level guidelines are strictly followed - Strategically plan resources like capacity, quantity for daily operation activities- Analyze changes to key business drivers and shape those findings into a meaningful business story to drive decision making.- Analyze historical sales trend and forecast demand. Ensure product availability as per the trend- Maintain forecast accuracy metrics at various levels from product family to individual SKU and take action to drive continuous improvement at all levels of the forecast.- Create short-term and long-term demand forecast to assist business and sales plans- Assisting General Manager inventory management, procurement and day-to-day operations- Collaborate with Materials Management to achieve division goals for inventory, and excess reduction initiatives- Identify vendors to source material, establish and maintain long term healthy relationship with suppliers- Create, receive, manage, and maintain Purchase Orders- Manage timely procurement from other countries like Australia, USA, Vietnam Thailand- Train and guide new employees on safety measures- Ensure completion of process for various licenses like FSSC, MPCB Fire Lic. Etc.- End to end completion of ISO and Statutory Audits- Resolve conflicts with suppliers upon issues related to product qualities and lead time- Handle escalated issues from internal teams

- Report generation of Sales basis primary, secondary, stock wise, and demographically- Analyze the data and provide feedback for developing necessary strategy for business growth- Analyze and derive information from Online Reports related to daily work, average calls, tour program deviation, and joint working of field force- Manage SKU wise Inventory report - Analyze report on stock at all India CFA’s and share the same with business development team for informed decision making on moving the stocks- Check, validate and manage monthly expenses of the business development team- Check NOC's of all the stockiest of various HQ and share Check report and discrepancies to HR Dept.
