As IT Service Delivery Director for Digital SRE, I will be responsible for setting up global Site Reliability organization and SRE competence center (COE) for the Consumer, Commercial and Enterprise Payments organization, leading the strategy for SRE from a full stack observability mindset and ensure the execution of resiliency engineering actions to continually root out production Digital issues.
