Coordinate PAN India sites for IT infra, understand their requirements and support for it. Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.  Addressing IT-related queries and issues.  Responsible for DATA Backup - servers and VIP users  Azure – data backup of server on cloud Management of Virtual servers on VMware platform. Develop and update IT policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices.  Participate in IT projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks and timelines.  Coordinates with consultants, technical personnel, service providers, vendors for services, and products.  Conduct regular system security audits and provide recommendations for improvements.  Responsible for manage IT Assets, Licenses and AMCs (Hardware/Software).  Prepare IT Roadmap, IT Budget (Optimize the cost wherever necessary.), Manage ISO Audit of IT Department.  Provide / arrange user training as and when required on required paltforms.  Manage conference rooms devices include VC, Audio, surveillance system.  Maintain and implement IT policies, standards, procedure and guidelines.  Manage Scrap IT Materials  Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring new technology, required for Business.  Work closely with the security operations team for managing system access and system security.  Oversee the configuration and management of the IT infrastructure to support requirements in areas such as data retention, security, business continuity, disaster recovery planning/testing and
