As the Regional Operations manager for South India at Biocair, my responsibilities encompass steering business strategy and overseeing the financial health of our operations in South India and other South regions. My 9-plus years in the clinical trial logistics and the management of time and temperature-sensitive deliveries have furnished me with a comprehensive understanding of our clients' intricate and evolving requirements in the life sciences sector.In conjunction with my duties at Biocair, this position allows me to forge state-of-the-art infrastructure and capabilities to address the complex requirements of Healthcare companies in India, spanning from clinical to commercial stages.My expertise lies in crafting effective logistics solutions, expanding networks, managing Requests for Information (RFI), cultivating business growth, fostering talent, and enhancing customer engagement. Since my start in the industry, I've been pivotal in broadening our footprint and services throughout the South India, introducing innovative business concepts, and carving out new business sectors within the field. Additionally, I've built and overseen strategic partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and other key partners, maintaining a focus on operational excellence and adherence to regulations.
