• Project management which consist of manpower, risk and commercial management• Design and technical assessment• Financial analysis and cost optimization for the projects• Stakeholders management with the client, consultant, main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers regarding the technical or commercial values.• Ensuring the time and scope management of the contractors• Weekly updates with the main contractor and sub-contractors for progress updates• Receive and control site material delivery and storage• Liaise with other sub-contractors to solve technical and site obstruction issues• Inspection records with management for completed work progress
