I'm have more than 3 years experience in consolidation (including consolidate different cost centres in different companies), group financial statement analysis, quarterly announcement based on Bursa Malaysia's requirements, assist in the compilation of Annual Report, notes to the financial statements and group insurance, prepare and review the full set of management account, review holding and subsidiary companies' Audit Report, review cash report and payment voucher weekly for holding and subsidiary companies and manage daily financial and accounting matters such as attending to queries, monitor and review work done by subordinates.Besides that, I also know how to prepare management fee calculation for holding company and prepare AGM questionnaire for the group.In addition, I had more than 5 years experience in audit field. The industries that I had audited are investment holding company, logistics, manufacturing, trading, non- profit organisation and others. The experience that I had gained are know how to communicate with difficult clients and how to calculate taxation and deferred taxation, prepare the Audit Reports, working papers and audit programme for all the companies that I had audited and others.
