As a Materials Specialist at TF-AMD Penang, I am responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and finished products, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and availability of the materials for production and delivery. I also lead a team of 13 staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their performance and motivation. I have over 8 years of experience in inventory management, having worked as a Materials Handler and a Materials Planner at previous companies. I have developed strong skills in inventory control, team management, data analysis, and problem-solving, which enable me to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations. I hold a bachelor degree in international business management with honors, and a BBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration, economics, marketing, and finance. I am passionate about delivering quality products and services to the customers, and I am always eager to learn new skills and improve my knowledge. I am also committed to the values and goals of TF-AMD Penang, which is to be a leading provider of semiconductor solutions in the region and beyond.
