Sent emails with upcoming events and meetings and updated membership roster. Helped plan discussions related to multiculturalism. Oversaw club email account and communicate with other organizations for planning events.

Women's Tennis Captain Senior Spring. Involved in Leadership Academy-a Colgate Athletics program designed to assist student athletes in becoming effective leaders. Volunteered with Colgate Athletic's "Adopt-A-Class" community service program at local elementary school to help tutor students and accompany them to their classes. Communicate with coaches, liaisons, and athletic directors.

Assist students and faculty with network connection, Colgate academic programs, computer issues, and email accounts. Rent out devices such as laptop chargers, projectors, conference phones, laptops, and speakers. Assisted professors in preparation of screens, projectors, computers, and DVD's for screenings. Replace drum cartridges, toners, and paper for printers and fix paper jams.

• Performed a salivary alpha amylase assay using the ELISA method in order to further understand how physiological effort–measured through the biological marker of alpha amylase–might compare to perceived effort in Division-I student athletes• Performed four yeast One-Step transformations–using empty plasmid, ddH2O, wild-type BRCA1, and BRCA1 mutant transformations–in order to determine if the BRCA1 mutant caused a slow growth phenotype• classified solutions based on known chemical properties of elements such as color, smell, reactivity, physical characteristics, pH values, the color of flame produced, and whether or not a precipitate formed in order to assess attributes of given compounds• performed qPCR and DNA extractions using Drosophila melanogaster fruitflies

This program was founded in 2013 by two teachers of Young Scholars Charter School, one being a Lawrenceville alum. I acted as a teacher's assistant in math, science, and english classes for 20 rising 7th and 8th graders from Young Scholars Charter School in Philadelphia. Helped plan lessons preparing students for standardized tests and boarding school academics. Helped construct program in way to prepare students in transition into high school and secondary school. Taught class called "Habits of Excellence" to highlight effective study habits, time-management skills, and note-taking techniques. Reside in dorm with female mentees and oversee study hall.
