Work in tangent with the Quality Manager to develop, implement, communicate, administer, train and maintain the quality system and policies to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and internal quality system requirements and regulatory requirements as applicable. Communicating with the Quality Manager to divide tasks accordingly to ensure efficiency. Participate and maintain the MTD’s product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and MTD’s finished goods. Participate in the creation and Control of all Documents and Records related to the QMS. Setting up controls, procedures and work instructions that match how current activities are performed in plant. Implement cGMP policies across MTD molding department. Co-Liaising with ISO auditors, customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’’ specifications. Creating control/quality plan (PPAP’s) per customer requirements. Perform the responsibilities of the ISO Management Representative.

Assist Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in any way. Complete performance evaluations of direct reports (tellers). Complete weekly coaching session with tellers. Assisting the Branch with any needs, if short staffed working as a teller or member service representative. Opening and closing the Branch as needed. Running the Branch as the manger on duty. Completing monthly reports.
