• Determine staffing for each pharmacy based on customer base, volume levels and degree of difficulty; identify staff pharmacists who are ready for promotion and begin pharmacy management training; provide pharmacist.
• Ensure all pharmacists are immunization certified, Medication Therapy Management trained, proficient providing health and wellness services, and patient-care focused to maximize sales and profit
• Completed 6 pharmacy acquisitions including the transferring of files, licenses, inventory and staff; made certain Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations were followed and legal requirements accurately completed
