I am a first-year Commerce student at Deakin University. As an HRM major, I am fascinated by the rapidly changing HR industry in the diverse impact of information technology. While a lot of manual tasks are being replaced by artificial intelligence, high-quality human resources proficient in data analysis are in demand more than ever.As such, I have worked in many positions that allow me to observe the infinite human potential and develop skills. My experience in education and service industry has helped me improve my instructional and customer-service skills, patience and ability to communicate with people of many ages. Although my leadership skill is gradually improving, being a summer camp leader makes me more confident in this skill.I am looking for opportunities in the human resources industry to apply my capabilities to add value to the business as well as fulfill my passion.
