This role revolves around: - Develop and ideate sponsored and organic creative content, including videos, live sessions, and hashtags.- Gain expertise in conceptualizing ideas for pitches and client campaigns.- Collaborate with the creator team to devise growth strategies.- Stay updated on trending and viral content on TikTok and emerging social platforms.- Assist in creating HCN's marketing materials, such as photoshoots and video productions.- Work closely with the Business Team to provide creative consultation to clients, with a focus on TikTok campaigns.- Convert ideas and general concepts into actionable projects and complete deliverables.

1. Create and conduct various learning support activities for Professional communication courses. 2. Share my own experiences of successful study in the courses3. Create a welcoming and effective learning environment for students.

1. Create detailed content/copy to execute communications plans (posts for social media, PR articles, video scripts, and other material).2. Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas and content strategies.3. Plan and execute a content plan to increase engagement.
