* Responsible for the operations of the Assisted Living Facility to ensure sustainability, regulatory compliance, profitability and high levels of satisfaction of residents, families, and associates which align with the mission and values of Hope Stay Memory Care. * Organize, supervise, and direct the work of Resident Care Associates to maintain a high level of tenant and associate satisfaction.* Conduct and review findings from internal operational audits and reports, identify potential problems, and as necessary, develop and implement operational improvement plans.* Manage all aspects of daily operations, including provision of health-related services within parameters of established policies, procedures, regulations, and standards of practice.
