Currently having his internship in the field of Property or Facilities Management at Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd. •𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐒/𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄•PROGRAM ITINERARY FOR RICS REACCREDITATION VISIT 2023STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE OF BUILDING SURVEYING-A meeting session with the RICS panels to review course evaluations in UM.-Discuss students' thoughts on the course content and address any concerns that students may have. 1st INTERNATIONAL BUILDING SURVEYING CONFERENCE (IBSC 2022)PARTICIPANT-Enhancement of knowledge related to the importance, significance, and advancement of building surveying works in the present construction industry.-Explore the advance of technologies in building surveying works, especially in design, monitoring, and performance through knowledge and best practices.BUILDING MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS @ PUSAT KAWALAN KUSTA NEGARA (PKKN), SUNGAI BULOHLEADER-Involved in site inspection to investigate the condition of existing buildings and report findings.-Conduct measurements on existing buildings and convert them to as-built drawings.-Provide dilapidation survey and defect sheets, prepare dampness mapping analysis, and modeling by using AutoCAD and Revit.BUILDING PATHOLOGY @PWD OFFICE BUILDING, KUALA LUMPUR.LEADER-Involved in building inspections and analysing the results in a written report.-Conduct building condition assessment based on the Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical systems.-Prepare defect sheets, provide remedial actions and cost estimation for the repair works.
