Co-founded Qotion- Your Comparative Advantage- the first online Credit Card comparison service in Singapore after realising it was a challenge trying to figure out which would be the right credit card to apply for as a fresh graduate. Worked with 11 out of 14 banks in Singapore to promote their credit card products and services and was able to scale and sell the business within 1 year.Key Achievements:-Co-founded the company and established strategic direction-Launched the company with press and PR-Directed business development initiatives, including identifying new revenue streams and key partnerships

BasicElement Concepts was a merger of Cyberstorm Media and another technology company to increase our capability in the IT industry. Key Achievements-Designed and executed internal spin-off projects to explore new business opportunities and drive innovation.-Conducted in-depth research and data mining to create compelling business plans and proposals for high-value clients.-Developed and implemented the internal library information system to streamline knowledge management.-Created a company-wide legal kit, ensuring documentation and administrative compliance across all operations.

Cyberstorm Media was set up to take advantage of an arbitrage opportunity- magazines were being sold at a high price in Singapore but not in other markets. The idea was to bring in magazines at a high volume and low cost to the Singaporean readers.Key Achievements-Founded the company and defined its vision, roadmap, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with emerging market opportunities.-Oversaw operations, including legal, accounting, and administrative functions, to establish a solid operational framework.-Negotiated and secured sole distributorship rights for CD-cards in Singapore, introducing a unique product to the market.
