Full-time Digital Copy Project Manager for Moncler. Managing and coordinating a team of copywriters to ensure high-quality and timely copy deliveries across all communication channels (Newsletters, CRM, Social media, Adv, E-commerce). Taking active part in multiple meetings, briefing and updating the copy team on the main actions to take.

Acting as the main point of contact between the Agency and the Client, I am responsible for planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategy to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. In particular: - Act as primary point of contact for clients to build strong, long-term relationships;- Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer’s ROI;- Manage digital advertising strategy and delivery;- Analyze core web performance metrics and craft Social Media strategies (organic and paid);- Provide digital education to clients when needed;- Manage developers and suppliers‘ project workflows and internal graphic designers’ team.

- Drive the working capital performance of the Service Line by devising both short and long term initiatives to achieve long term success;- Advise the team how to engage with their clients to increase engagement margin and working capital;- Provide relevant and timely working capital management information to my key stakeholders, including gap and trend analysis to effectively influence continuous performance improvement;- punctual and in-depth Engagements analysis of the planned allocated budget for each projects in order for Managers to issue invoices and close all the entirely worked and produced Engagements - Cooperation with both the Controlling Team and the Debt Collection Team to also monitor del TNR (Total Net Revenues).

Part of the EMEA Team working together with Spain and Portugal with the aim to identify the best financial pratice to be used as a common way of operating. Monitor variances between planned and actual engagement hours book by or for a resource within a respective office; ensure that information provided complies with the Client and Engagement Acceptance policies; process ERP amendments accurately and timely; process engagement closures and write-offs; process bulk transfers for time charges between different engagements; assist managers in planning engagements and allocating staff to engagements; generate engagement reports.

As Legal PA of an international law firm my duties included:extensive diary management, organising meetings, video conferences and appointments both in Italy and across different time zones; maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, archiving; producing and amending legal documents, briefing papers, reports, pleadings, general correspondence, presentations and transcribing dictation (with the touch typing method); timesheets, billing, dealing with expenses; mantaining calendars and preparing court forms. According to my university background, I also play a fundamental role in translating legal text in and out of English and, occasionally, from German/Portuguese into Italian and English.
