CurrentTutor Success Manager from december 2021I actively monitor and manage 750-800 Tutors to ensure their high performance, high engagement levels, loyalty, and satistaction.As Tutor Success Manager I am the face of GoStudent for our italian tutors' community - I support our tutors through structured projects and action plans in order to increase their loyalty (retention rate) and satisfaction (NPS score).Key responsibilities:- Active monitoring, management and support of 3000+ tutors to ensure high performance and increased number of sessions and students;- Creation, management and continuous improvement of operational processes to ensure maximum Tutor's satisfaction during their journey;- Reaching OKs by regular monitoring of KPIs;- Maintenance high level of community engagement through: - delivering personal and professional training content designed to improve tutor performance; - organization of live and offline events; - newsletter copywriting and delivery; - direct ownership on tutor communication;- Ensuring best practice exchange and communication within the tutors' community;- Issues and roadblocks identification, business analysis and application of strategic solutions;- Questioning, improving and automating existing training, reactivation and feedback processes.
