• Help to spearhead the loyalty marketing program of a new market (New Zealand), achieving 200K registered members within 9 months.
• Campaign management, liaising between client and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client’s needs and improving client business performance.
• Proactive account management to enhance and grow client relationship.
• Develop campaign briefs and marketing collaterals.
• Execute end to end campaigns, obtain client sign-off for project commencement, work with IT and data team on data extraction, arrange for Direct Mailer/SMS/eDM blast and perform Call Centre briefing.
