Responsible for working with the corporate business sponsors to design and deploy new financial reporting and land acquisition programs. Specific duties and accomplishments include: *Assisting with the corporate-wide implementation of the Financial Reporting Application, Land Acquisition Management System, and Data Mart(s). *Leading the execution of on-site and web-based training sessions to user groups on the business value and functionality of the Financial Reporting Application, Land Acquisition System, and financial data mart(s). *Working with the Corporate Finance and the Regional Chief Financial Officer(s) to determine systematic solutions to adapt changes in business process to the Financial Reporting Application and Land Acquisition Management System.*Writing, designing, and maintaining system documentation and user training materials for the Financial Systems group.

Responsible for working with the strategic marketing units to develop and implement pre-paid paging and point-of-sale billing programs. Duties included: *Co-partnered with the Strategic Marketing division in the design and implementation of the Prepaid and Easy Start pre-paid paging products.*Coordinated documentation and training tools to instruct Corporate Training and Customer Care Associates to support the Prepaid and Easy Start paging products.*Assisted Corporate Treasury with the testing and implementation of the Universal Account Reconciliation application to monitor bank depository and accounts payable activities.

Responsible for planning and coordinating systemic solutions related to acquisitions and customer retention programs. Duties included: *Served as the Consumer Loan application project lead in the planning and implementation of systematic conversions resulting from the acquisition of loan portfolios.*Provided application system support and expertise to end users and system developers to determine changes necessary to meet business objectives for Y2K compliance.*Directed research and analysis in the evaluation of proposed changes to the Ford Reward customer retention program and prepared recommended solutions to senior management.

Responsible for conducting business process analyses to facilitate the integration and conversion of safe box applications from acquired financial institutions. Duties included: *Served as the Safe Box application project lead in the overall assessment, design, and implementation of systematic conversions resulting from corporate acquisitions. *Worked with the Consumer Banking division to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications to integrate the Safe Box application into the Model Bank retail platform. *Responsible for estimating and planning the Safe Box application technical effort and working closely with the Project Manager to build these efforts into an overall project plan.

Responsible for maintaining the accounting, reconciliation and valuation analysis of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts. Duties included: *Analyzed and allocated portfolio management costs from the servicing and corporate real estate divisions to the parent corporation for reimbursement by the FDIC. *Prepared and allocated division-wide overhead expenses and analyzed variances for inclusion in consolidated financial reports with the parent corporation. *Assisted in the monthly financial reporting process, annual planning cycle, and general ledger maintenance.
