Pipelines ranges in size from 2’ to 12’ & were thoroughly flushed & cleaned preventing any spill to wetlands or habitat during the removal process.

The construction scope of work included two 105 feet pipe bridges crossing drainage channels, reinforced concrete bridge abutments supported by pre-stressed concrete piles, relocation of existing valves & the installation of a new reinforced concrete valve vault.• Developed budgetary costs & scope of work for the proposed alignment of 2500 linear feet of 12-inch diameter pipeline & 2000 linear feet of parallel 16-inch and 24-inch diameter pipelines, including a directionally drilled crossing, in the Port of Los Angeles.• Preliminary engineered the reconfiguration of a 3000 linear foot section of pipeline ROW corridor for the relocation of 6 active lines, 2 idle lines, & the removal of 7 abandoned pipelines that ranged in size from 3 to 20-inches.• Prepared environmental permits for various pipeline realignment & repair projects in northern California which utilized the San Francisco Bay Area Joint Aquatic Resource Permit Application that met the requirement for 10 Federal & State permit applications.• Conducted an inspection program for the Long Beach Water Department that required evaluating 58 water mains attached to bridges that crossed open channel drains, streets or freeways. Prepared a findings report that included cost estimates for repair that was prioritized for city budgets. The report also included future re-inspection dates, required equipment, manpower & permits.
