• Coordinated the new product introduction (NPI) projects for Occipital Bridge, Structure Core, Structure Sensor (Mark II) and accessories, including spec and price negotiation, request for quotation (RFQ) with payment and shipping term negotiation, design for manufacturing (DFM) review, bill of materials (BOM) review and sourcing off shelf components (EE parts, camera, etc.) as well as customized components (cable, battery, ME parts, glass, etc.) • Planned and implemented a new demand forecasting model for Structure Sensor and accessories to increase the fulfillment rate from 89% to 97% under KPI of lean inventory and cash flow requirements• Reduced the Structure Sensor (Mark II) FCA quote by 5% in the MP stage without sacrificing the product performance• Managed 2 tier 1 CMs as well as several suppliers and manufacturers internationally • Organized the Structure Sensor end of life (EOL) project, reduced the final liability by 22% and optimized the output through streamlining the last time buy and vendor negotiation• Designed the system of planning and tracking between vendors and CMs for not only accounting/liability purpose but also managing vendors and inventories in an efficient way • Sourced new vendors and partners strategically to maintain the stability of supply chain and reduce the product cost continuously • Experienced with inbound, outbound, imports and exports related tasks, including HTS code, Customs regulations, incoterm, etc.
