1. Making litho/CVD/Etch/Metal/CMP tool evaluation upon wafer electrical and morphology performance 1) Cooperating with litho/CVD/Etch/Metal/CMP teams to identify and collect key inline and offline data for overall performance evaluation. 2) Analyzing WAT electrical / yield performance – looking into the differences among different tools and determining whether new tools are applicable. 2. Conducting specific experiments with litho/CVD/Etch/Metal/CMP teams to improve wafer overall performance 1) Inline performance evaluation - evaluating both inline and offline data at each stage 2) WAT performance analysis - overall electrical and yield data evaluation3. Arranging and controlling multi-purpose wafer schedule and analyzing overall performance  1) Setting up schedule, identifying evaluation strategy with related module teams based on process requirements and troubleshooting 2) Analyzing WAT performance and providing suggestions for solving problems
