Current- Answer inbound sales calls and provide exceptional customer service to meet customer's needs and exceed expectations
- Build rapport with every customer to provide a positive experience and create repeat business
- Identify sales opportunities by asking probing questions about the customer's business and utilize key listening skills
- Offer relevant products/services based on stated and unstated needs to help the customer's business and ask for the sale
- Accurately process orders and answer questions in a timely manner
