Embraced multifaceted roles under 2 projects: "NDC-Transport Initiative for Asia" (NDC-TIA) and “Support to Vietnam for the implementation of the Paris Agreement” (VN-SIPA). - Worked closely with the Ministry of Transport and other stakeholders to maintain effective exchange and implementation of the project activities- Designed the consultants’ tasks in Terms of Reference- Guided the consultants to implement their assignments on highly specialised topics in transport as well as participating in performance evaluation of bidding contracts- Provided comments for reports and exchanging knowledge with the consultants to improve their reports- Supported MRV structure design, and actively engaged with diverse stakeholder groups to bolster the technical advisor's efforts. - Contributed to Ho Chi Minh City's E-mobility Action Plan, and got involved in scheming new technical issues for this package. - Took charge of meticulously monitoring the project‘s activities for the NDC-TIA project, ensuring seamless implementation in alignment with project objectives.- Took the initiative to establish and maintain effective communication channels to organize several events for the project such as Transport and Climate Change Week, Ho Chi Minh City's E-mobility Action Plan discussion workshop, and other regional workshops. This includes coordinating publications, disseminating news, and facilitating exchanges that have positively impacted the organisation’s image and relations.
