I used my deep knowledge of enterprise software and my interviewing and writing expertise to help Mission North clients develop and perfect their content strategies. My work included developing thought leadership platforms for the C-suite at our clients, whether they are brand-new startups, midsize tech companies or established enterprises. I conducted messaging, media training and categorization workshops for our clients. I wrote a wide variety of content for our clients including blogs, press releases, thought leadership bylines and white papers. I also provided our clients with advice on how to best work with industry analysts. I conducted in-depth interviews with hundreds of customers around the world to uncover the factors which determined whether or not they purchased our clients’ software. I used those insights to craft recommendations for our clients regarding sales and post-sales engagement, pricing, and product functionality. I created presentations for clients which highlight win loss analysis themes as well as what’s working and where improvements are needed. I then used feedback from those client presentations to refine our online surveys and interview guides.

ASUG Research is a service aimed at providing ASUG members with useful data points as well as help them and ASUG leadership influence SAP re product functionality and overall strategy.I wrote reports on ASUG members' HANA adoption, their thoughts on digital transformation, and their usage of HR software. The ASUG Research reports on SAP S/4HANA and HANA Cloud Platform (HCP), which debuted in early 2017, are based on the survey and analysis I wrote in late 2016.

Within the context of ERP, I looked at project management and billing management, and take a high-level look at some vertical ERP apps. I'm interested in the role social collaboration and embedded workflow are starting to play in ERP apps and the potential benefits to organizations.
