In pursuit of that knowledge, I’ve interviewed and profiled hundreds, probably thousands, of end users, developers, and executives as well as software vendors and IT observers.My career as an industry analyst and a technology journalist has taken me around the world from London to New York to Hong Kong to San Francisco to the South of France and to my current home just outside of Boston, MA.
