As a Senior Associate Consultant in the Entrepreneurial & Private Client Services segment of PwC Malaysia, my main role includes but not limited to:- Business development role - Identifying new business opportunities (including cold calls and analysis of targets through available platforms - listed companies etc) - Assisting PwC in building a middle market segment for deliverance of professional services- Have a robust understanding of services offered by PwC, to assist in preparation of pitching documents for deliverance of services (Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax etc)- Involved in Mergers & Acquisition activity, including engaging and liaising with potential buyers- Tax compliance and restructuring work

As a Senior Associate in the Audit line of service, my responsibilities include but not limited to:- Leading the audit of major listed companies, including quarterly review and agreed upon procedures- Delegation of jobs and monitoring of work performed by junior team members- Continuance involvement in the audit cycle (developing audit plan, identifying risk, interim execution and completion of the final audit)- Reports directly to Partners, Directors and Senior Managers on issues arising from audit- Exposure in goodwill impairment and hedge accounting
