Recruitment:• Searching for potential candidate’s CV from recruitment websites, maintaining and updating the recruitment database.• Phone screening and schedule interview with potential candidates.• Keep track of recruitment process, update HR Executive on candidate’s status.• Support HR Executive in making recruitment status report by Excel.2. Admin:• In charge of logistic preparation for internal training and company’s job fair at the university.• Making payment request for administrative expenses.• Welcome new employees and prepare needed documents and introduce them to all company.Achievement:• Understand recruitment process• Improve communicating, organizational and time management skills.• Contribute to the achievement of HR team’s recruitment plan.
