I am an inquisitive customer insights leader and communicator with 20 years of experience supporting premier entertainment brands. I am known for taking complex data sets and expertly disseminating actionable insights to senior management that deliver tangible results. At The CW Television Network, I leveraged my deep understanding of our audience to help guide strategic decision making across all business units. I used primary and secondary research to inform programming decisions, including content development and acquisition, program maintenance and scheduling. Helped guide network’s rebrand by working with outside vendors to implement a brand and segmentation study that moved the network messaging as we pivoted from “The Gossip Girl Network”. Overhauled and owned the network sales estimating process and shepherded the network through the industry-wide ratings currency transition. In addition, I have been a panelist at TV of Tomorrow and a mentor in the CW’s initial mentor program. My passion lies in using qualitative and quantitative insights to answer complex questions and identify patterns that correlate to desired outcomes. I enjoy developing and testing a thesis and embrace the times when the data challenges my assumptions. I let the data inform. I tell the story. I am a husband to a wonderful woman, the father of two daughters, and have a dog named after a Disney princess.
