As the Joint Staff (J-3) Deputy Director for Special Operations’ Executive Administrator, I managed the day-to-day information management (IM) and personnel support functions for the Directorate. I supervised and lead a 4-person, multi-Service administrative team. I managed the operability, and sustainment of the directorate's secure information systems account valued at $1.4M. My duties provided daily/weekly updates to the director, division chiefs, and action officers (AO) on administrative & communications operations. My position established, updated, and recommended improvement to administrative support policies and functions. I was the lead for manning changes and billet/position inquiries by the director or higher leadership. Other primary duties included directorate contract officer's representative (COR) for 5 contractors on the directorates' 5-year, $4.6M services contract. I held additional duties as directorate Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, Top Secret Control Officer, Security Manager, and JIANT/JWICS accounts manager. I managed the directorate’s $1M COMSEC equipment account and a $2.3M Information Systems account . In addition to my directorate duties, I volunteered for duty as the Joint Staff Air Force Senior Enlisted Leader for 100 Air Force enlisted members. I managed and enforced Air Force policy, standards and ensured compliance with career field training and changes.
