In 2018 the former Ab Levelup Oy was sold to Projant Oy, which in turn changed its name into LevelUp Oy. I’m currently a partner and shareholder at LevelUp Oy. My main focus is on developing our services related to digital marketing, providing digital strategies for our customers, and executing our marketing campaigns. I’m also in charge of our digital marketing team.

My work related to Stickit.fi had begun already during my studies at TKK. At this time I invested a lot of time and work learning about SEO (search engine optimisation). I also had some hands-on experience with Google AdWords. The work payed off and the traffic that I managed to generate to the site (stickit.fi) started bringing in a decent amount of daily price quotes. I decided that I wanted to continue working on Stickit.fi full time and I quit my job as a researcher at TKK. I started working from home, nut after one year of non-stop work I decided that I needed to hire someone to share the workload with. At the same time my other company, Ab Levelup Oy, had also started taking off so a decision was made to move to a joint office space in the Helsinki region.Today Stickit.fi has 3 employees. Our products and the services that we provide have grown significantly. In addition to managing the company I still manage our web marketing. The work that I have done growing this company directly ties into what I work with at Ab LevelUp Oy.

My work at LevelUp consists of various administrative tasks and customer relationship management. Additionally, due to my work at Stickit.fi, I'm also in charge of our web marketing and web analysis services. I'm constantly looking for new opportunities to grow our company, be it through new forms of web marketing technologies or as part of networking with like minded companies and people.

Project-based contract. Software design and development (MySQL & Java). Main functionality consisted of retrieving, converting and exporting large quantities of data (input in various forms) into a more refined state which could be used in further research by Folkhälsan.

My research was an extension of my thesis about metadata in cross media editorial processes. I did find research work very rewarding and interesting but I decided that this was the right time for me to pursue my goals in entrepreneurship full-time.

I was a Co-Founder in Kiteloop Finland Avoin Yhtiö. Kiteloop's main focus was on importing and reselling water sports related goods. I saw this as a great opportunity to get hands-on experience on entrepreneurship during my studies at Aalto University (former TKK, Helsinki University of Technology).

My work started out as a sales assistant. I gradually took over Pioneer.fi:s website maintenance and development. I also developed a tool aiding budget estimates (GUI based program, written in Java language).
