 Hands on payroll and compensation related activities, Statutory compliance  Monitor Employee attendance system & Report Absenteeism.  Prepare Case in Hand & CTC of Salary Structure New joiners.  Administer HR Policies and Proc endures.  Administer compensation and benefits.  Salary Preparation of the employee.  Transfer salary through NEFT Update.  Update salary structure according to the Minimum Wages or any revise salary during the month.  Filling online & Soft monthly invoice challans of TA/DA and deposit it with the authorized Managers through Hard Copy.  Submission of LWD  K.Y.C of new employee HRMS 3P Portal & Talbrum, Field Assist, Dry Sign.  Prepare all register regarding all labor laws such as Accident register, Deduction register, Advance register, Damage register, Fine register.  Prepare Offer letter, Show Cause Letter, Termination Letter.  Maintain the employee’s database soft and hard copy, Joining Formality, Prepare their ID card.  Monitor Biometric attendance software and upload duty roaster.  Co-ordinate with bank for opening new account.  Reference Check and Background verification.  Completing Exit Formalities at the time of resignation of an employee.

 Handling recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process.  Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave, LOP for all employees (On-roll & Off-roll) as per policy. Prepare Case in Hand & CTC of Salary Structure New joiners. Handling employee’s payroll queries/ grievance answering. Should keep track on timeliness and accurate payment of salaries for the respective locations. Pre-payroll process (Attendance Input, Reimbursement Allowance, Salary advance etc) Enrol and employees’ issue ESIC & EPFO solve Asap

 Handles all new hire processes including offer letter.  Provide excellent candidate experience. Create and update employee data record in system Create personal files and assist with general filing. Manage application of work passes under Ministry of Manpower Assist colleagues will all HR related queries and questions Biometric Enrol all staff & 3 Party.
