 Created the test codes, methods & specification in LIMS for finished products & raw materials. Created user account in LIMS and review the user access monthly. Trained new user in LIMS and troubleshoot the system problems. Created, verified, reviewed and approved specifications in LIMS using chemistry and microbiological analytical data for QC. Ensured the specification in LIMS meet taro internal specification criteria as well by following USP and Ph.Eur. Carried out performance verification (PV) on each specification to ensure all specifications are meets zero error for production use. Validated reports generated by the LIMS system for Lab users, reviewers and management. Generated stability protocol from paper copy to LIMS application. Transcribed historical stability data from existing system (access database) to LIMS application. Converted methods from Microsoft word format to Open Office format to be compatible with the LIMS system to make LIMS a one stop shop for all the documents for Lab users. Got trained on EMPOWER2 FR5 application. Involved in executing E-Sig test protocol for EMPOWER 2 FR5. Experience in preparation of mobile phase, standard preparation, reagent preparation and sample preparation by following ATM’s, USP & Ph.Eur. Performed various techniques such as pH, Viscosity, Specific Gravity, Titrimetric Analysis and Assay for Raw material, Finished product and Stability samples.  Good exposure in cGMP, GLP’s, SOP and Stability ICH Guidelines Followed 5S techniques and rearranged raw material sample, reagents, test solutions, volumetric solution in the QC Lab.
