At Wipro, I currently hold the position of Head of Operations - Cyber Threat Intelligence & Threat Hunting, overseeing a Threat Intelligence & Threat Hunting business and serving 20 global customers who have subscribed to Wipro's Threat Intelligence & Threat Hunting Services.

I was responsible to support on Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting technology.

• Actively participate in large scope high impact cyber breaches and manage incident response workflow and activities to support response and remediation.• Experience in large scale, complex post-incident investigations, using techniques such as network forensics, log analysis, timeline creation, and host-based forensics have been applied.• Communicate incident response actions to both technical and non-technical management.• Preparing and updating Risk Registers for that year on which internal or external Audits are going to happen.

• Development of enterprise wide security policy and controls including information system security compliance and standards.• Systems protection with detection of potential loop-holes including vulnerabilities and network security.• Provide in-depth analysis of new vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation and/or remediation in partnership with engineering and technical teams• Provide operational support and guidance to Global Cybersecurity teams related to vulnerabilities and vulnerability management.• Coordinate the assessment of vulnerabilities with system owners.• Provide detail vulnerability reports.• Administration of SIEM tools (Symantec MSS, QRadar and Splunk) and security auditing of information system with upgrade schedules and host monitoring.• Information Security consulting, Policy Implementation, Vulnerability Scanning through Qualys Guard, Penetration Testing.

• Worked as SOC Analyst with a role of managing Global Customer Support for British Telecom, by providing 24*7 technical support.• We manage and configure various of Network and Security Devices as per Client requirement within the SLA.• Creation, Modification and deletion of Firewall rules according to the tickets raised by the customer.• Configuration of Anti spoofing, VDOM, VPN (Site to Site, Remote Access and SSL), policy management in Checkpoint, Fortinet and Cisco ASA Firewall.• Rule Management in Firewalls: Conduct Periodic auditing of Firewall rule base in order to find any dead rules or assets that no longer exist. Also finding any ports\services open between servers that are not necessary. Fine-tuning of the rules as per quarterly audit.• Implementation/Troubleshooting of NAT operations.

• Responsible for Presales & Post-sales of Radware Load balancers.• Adhering ITIL process for resolution/implementation of reported ticket/issue.• Configuration and Managing F5 LTM Load balancer.• Creating VIPs, Creating Pools, and Associating Pools with VIPs, Creating Persistence Profile, SSL Profile, SSL Offloading, creating iRules, designing with High Availability solution with Network Failover.• Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports like Bandwidth report, Network change report, Incident report and Device management report.• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive maintenance activities including configuration changes and firmware upgrades as per business requirement.

• Provide technical support to customers for Gateway level & End-point level security.• Maintain and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewall related issues in existing or new networks.• Design, creation and implementation of Virtual Private Networking based on IPSEC and SSLVPN for clients.• Configure high availability (Redundant gateway) between 2 FortiGate Firewall.• Analyse the logs & troubleshoot Firewall related issues.
