Project Description:Inplant training at Ajanta Pharma Limited USFDA approved Plant.To gain hands-on experience in various aspects of operations within a pharmaceutical company, including HR processes, manufacturing department, quality assurance department, quality control department, warehouse department, maintenance department, IT support, and environmental, health, and safety protocols. Tasks ranged from participating in production activities, quality control, and quality assurance, to contributing to the overall efficiency and compliance of the organization's daily operationsRoles and Responsibilities: During my inplant training at Ajanta Pharma Limited's USFDA approved plant, I underwent comprehensive training in diverse departments—HR & GS, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, Maintenance, Information Technology, and EHS. I actively observed and learned the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across these departments, gaining a practical understanding of their day-to-day functions. One of the highlights was acquiring knowledge of the end-to-end manufacturing process for capsules, tablets, and powders. This experience not only allowed me to grasp the intricacies of pharmaceutical operations but also provided a holistic view of how each department's SOPs contribute to the overall manufacturing excellence.
