I actively engaged in the analysis, review, and enhancement of curriculum materials and training resources. I conducted internal audits of training records related to my duties and assessed other instructor-led classes for potential improvements.Furthermore, I took charge of coordinating schedules, including facilities and airline requirements. I facilitated station openings and transitions, providing guidance to agents and evaluating their performance during these transitions. My interaction with trainees involved evaluating their training experiences and identifying their learning needs. I handled administrative tasks to prepare for scheduled sessions, observed instruction using a formal quality assurance checklist, provided ongoing feedback, and established action plans to ensure consistency and accountability across the organization.I also proactively identified and analyzed incident trends or training concerns, taking the initiative to develop recommendations that would enhance training effectiveness and the accountability of frontline agents.Lastly, I focused on building, maintaining, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aiming to gain insights into work situations that could improve training, policy changes, procedure updates or technological advancements.
