I coach leaders, executives, CEOS, founders in various industries and fields to strengthen their leadership capacity and expand their latitude of managing an organization or a team in an ever-increasing VUCA environment. My passion is developing and growing leaders’ agility either through one-on-one coaching or training them through a leadership development program.I am also a coaching faculty for the Co-Active Training Institute and JTCC Team Coaching. I train other aspiring coaches to develop their one-on-one coaching and team coaching skills. I also mentor and supervise coaches through the coaching certification program. I create tailored made leadership development programs and deliver them to new, middle, and senior management in global organizations to uplift and shift the organizational culture and performance level. I can provide coaching in English, Mandarin, or Portuguese.
