. Continuously identifying new clients from different industries, conducting regular research on prospects for our empanelment by doing market research, cold calling, and lead generation. • Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed. • Handling escalations and complaints from clients. • Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and contingent workers in a timely and professional manner. • Developing and implementing of business plans and associated activities. • Coordinating with the Recruiting & Fulfillment Team to onboard new clients, which includes submitting of job order tickets to Fulfillment Manager, facilitate introductions between new clients and assigned Customer Service Representatives, and work with Recruiting & Fulfillment Team to set up customized services according to client’s specifications. • Submit timely report to the Management as per prescribed formats and responsible for all documentation /requirements. • Mentoring, training and development of the field functionaries to ensure the recruitment process and operational efficiency. • Interview Co-ordination and Recruitment Delivery.
