As State Supply Chain Coordinators I am Project’s focal person at the state and district level and provide supply chain(supporting NHM Karnataka)domain expertise for the smooth implementation of the Supply Chain Mamanagement project. Work in close coordination with the state and national team and provide technical assistance to supply chain staff of NTEP and engage with the 3PL Service Providers to streamline and support the distribution of Diagnostics, TB drugs and other commodities. The major responsibilities are: 1. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of activities aimed at improving the supply chain for Tuberculosis drugs and commodities at state and district levels in close coordination with different stakeholders.2. Participate in development of annual - state specific work plans with the project team members and coordinate with the project leadership team at JSI and Plan India on regular basis for execution of project deliverables.3.Coordinate with state drug store & District Drug Store to provide 3PL service provider for distribution of TB diagnostics, Drugs and other commodities 4.Create route plan for optimization of resources.5. Trouble shoot and resolve supply chain and logistics related issues in close coordination with 3PL Service Provider, JSI and Plan India.6.Organise cascade state level training on implementation of Supply chain to all district pharmacist. 7. Assist to resolve issues relating to logistics and supply chain including road permits in respect of transportation including assistance in issuance of excise & custom duty exemption documentation, as the case may be. 8. Maintain a database of staff who participated and completed the training on different modules etc.9. Monitor and evaluation of project ground work and reporting to state authority for plan action and implementation. 10. Regular field visit as per project required and prepare report and submit to state team for action.

It goes in sync with the Prime Minister’s national vision of eradicating child malnutrition, providing education, healthcare and empowering women with skill development.**Overall Responsibilities Overall responsible for managing all aspects of telemedicine services including but not limited to staff, customizing programming as per the requirement of district with the help of IT Team, developing SOPs, and system implementation. In addition, I was responsible to finalize the hardware and software requirements, user priorities, and workflow. Responsible for planning, designing, controlling, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the performance and status of all resources to aiming ensure community healthcare services limited to the state Karnataka.

Worked as District Programme Coordinator with National Health Mission Madhya Pradesh as a part of Revised National Tuberculosis control Programme(RNTCP). My key deliverables involve direct interaction with high level administration officers, programme implementation , facilitation, meeting with different stakeholders, planning, training of healthcare delivery, establish inter-sectoral and inter- departmental coordination, monitoring, surveillance (through MIS, NIKSHAY), HR management. I have played important role to increase public and private tuberculosis notification, skill development programme in health sector and facilitation of RNTCP programme.My core strength is training, programme implementation, MIS Management, data analysis, liasioning, collection of data and report to higher authority. I have always been appreciated for my cordial nature, sincerity, goal oriented focus and enhancing of team to achieve target. I would describe myself as an energetic, discipline and worm team player.
