o Manage services at Events as contractually agreed o Manage on-site setup, execution, and strike of equipment and services o Manage on-site staff for successful delivery of Services o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors o Coordinate equipment preparation, logistics, software, and creative needs with other departments as necessary o Generate equipment lists in accordance with project scope and contracted services o Prepare, test, inventory, stage, ship and transport equipment o Coordinate project performance through documentation via Microsoft Office software o Manage a specialized service(s) at Specific sports events o Perform risk management to minimize any project issues or safety concerns o Serve as a mentor for Event Project Managers o Lead and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) o Contribute to company training documentation o Lead training sessions pertaining to specialized skill set o Manage assigned Staff including: Scheduling, training, resources allocation and communications to ensure successful services delivery o Identify and resolve on-site operations issues relating to contracted services(s) delivery, independently and without direct supervision o Identify and communicate new business opportunities to Business Development Managers o Identify and communicate software and graphic improvements to the Development departments o Create and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors and Event staff o Maintain an organized work environment on the road, in the office and in the Warehouse o Complete the loading, unloading, and inventory tracking of equipmento Basic IT skills such as: trouble shooting, switch management, network creation, software review and testing, and support of on-site network and all hardware connected to the networko Television and Video Board productions.
