I am a passionate humanist and a skilled administrator who strives to support the academic mission and vision of the University of Notre Dame. As the Special Assistant to the Provost, I oversee and facilitate various logistical, operational, and strategic functions on behalf of the Provost, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with the university's strategic framework. My aim is to help create a team that thinks as an institution and collaborates for the higher good. I have a proven track record of delivering excellence in project management, process improvement, professional communication, stewardship, team-building, and data management, which I have honed through my previous roles in the Dean's Offices of the College of Engineering and the College of Arts and Letters. I also have a strong information technology background, which I leverage to optimize and enhance various administrative and academic systems and processes at the university. Additionally, I have a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which reflects my stance in fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and belonging at the university and beyond.
