The service provided to the Client was considered first class and was measured using key performance indicators and stringent service level agreements for which I implemented changes to our approach to ensure that the Client Drivers were met or exceeded. Administration duties included dealing with human resources (HR) issues, verify and processing time sheets (wages and overtime), work orders and management of sub contractor labour. The role involved interaction on a daily basis with the senior management team ensuring that the Tower 42 maintenance office operated smoothly. My full range or duties and responsibilities are listed as follows:• Produce building specific monitor reports to a prescribed format• Taking various information from a number of sources and cleansing the data into a monthly summary report which the Client could digest (reports included progress on works, financials, Health and Safety and other information relation to the service we provided• Develop account statements and invoicing for Senior Management • Create a personnel file of all staff engaged on site• Manage all service partner and vendor databases• Report weekly on planned preventative maintenance (PPM) status, outstanding work orders and work in progress (WIP)• Assist with SLA & KPI metrics and statistics.• Use the computerised maintenance management system, Concept, efficiently• Use accounting software (SAP) for raising purchase orders, financial reports and for invoicing purposes.
