Reviews contract requirements as relate to internal and external reporting, billing, and revenue recognition, ensuring that the project structure supports these requirements. Ensure accurate contract documentation, administration and maintenance. Maintain budgets in Vantagepoint. Prepare client invoicing, tracking budgets and meeting requirements of the client to ensure expedited processing. Assist multiple project managers and staff regarding project concerns. Prepare monthly Statement of Accounts for Client review. Respond to requests for detail from clients. Close out project accounts upon project completion. Enter and verify project related units. Maintain NTP and Project Completion Dates. Assist in monitoring contract progression.
