My skills include:- Facilitating conversation and helping to generate new thinking (whether with individuals, families, groups or organisations)- Understanding complex problems and finding 'the difference that makes the difference'- Bringing forth stories that can help change dominant narratives - Using creative methods to help others make sense of complex ideas- Evidencing impact through audit, service evaluation and researchCurrently working with a number of different organisations across a range of sectors: teaching, supervising and consulting. My husband and I are also busy documenting our own attempt at systemic change through the 'Grange Project'; an 80 acre rewilding project in Wales working to restore an ecosystem, support the local community, educate others and influence conversation about rewilding, climate change and sustainable living.
