At Resurrection Lutheran Church: Child Development Center, my individual job as a daycare teacher was to provide a nurturing environment conducive to the developmentally appropriate growth of the whole child. I was tasked with providing a hands-on growth experience for my students, to make sure every child was able to express themselves creatively and positively.- Open/close the facility at operating hours- Clean all common areas and sanitize everything in facility- Have an agenda prepared for the upcoming week with another teacher- Follow agenda for day, starting at 7:00 am -6:00pm; free time, learning centers, recess, etc.

In this on-going Job as a Country Club server I gained the knowledge needed within communication and customer support skills to apply in my future career path. My experience so far with this position has been nothing but great, learning how to manage time crunches, understanding customer accommodations, and working with a strong staff where our ability to communicate and work as one created a fast and flowing environment.-Opened club restaurant, prepared beverages for the day, prepared all tables for members-Communicated with members on daily basis, got to know them on a personal level-Worked in private parties for members, accommodating them with the plating they preferred, served food to private party members along with their beverages of choice-Worked with all kitchen staff, communicated new orders, accomdations, and reciprocated respect

In my part time experience as an academic tutor at Kumon I gained great leadership and communication skills to apply in my future career path. My experience with this position was great, learning how to navigate communication techniques with younger aged kids, hit target goals with the children, and work in a timely fashion.-Opened the center, prepared my table for the children with pencils, erasers, their workbooks, and homework assignments-Had one to two children every thirty minutes, mastered time crunches by getting workbooks completed before time is up-Taught the younger children how to say certain vowels, compound words, and short sentences-Taught the children how to memorize basic math problems, then excel to bigger problems
